Ok I've got most of the parts polished up and I'm getting it put back together now.
I plan on getting started after I figure out where I can put the IAT sensor.
Troyer told me to put it after compressor.

now this is where I think I can drill and tap for a place to put the IAT.
Anyone know of a IAT that works like our stock one that is built to be mounted into metal?
A friend of mine that is a Ford Mechanic is going to check on the one thats build for the diesels. He said it's all metal and is threaded but he's not sure if it communicates the same way as our stock one.
Anyone know what I need or have any idea's?

The Lightning iats are threaded. Are you worried about heat?
I threaded my own, used the stocker. You can buy an aluminum bung and have it welded on if you have locating issues, or take the case directly.

Nice... Thanks for the info!
What do you mean am I worried about heat? Am I worried about the air temps?
Yea a little bit, plus Troyer wrote his tunes based off of the IAT sensor being after the air is compressed so I have to stick it somewhere.
The stock N/A F-150 has a rubber gasket in the inlet tube so that's why I need to find something different.
