M90 Eaton Supercharger with 2.2 inch Pulley

I had a 2.2 inch supercharger pulley installed on my truck a few weeks ago. I took it in to have tuned today and it appeared there was oil coming out of the supercharger snout and I was only getting about 4 pounds of boost. It has not been a good day at all for me today. The serpertine belt is new and covered with the supercharger oil and I feel that I can take the belt off and clean it with some brake part cleaner with no problem. Does a 2.2 pulley need some special machining to be used on a 2003 F150 with a 4.6 V8? I feel like I'm in trouble with one, but it might not be a huge deal. I might have to get my supercharger rebuilt. Hope not, but that is always a possibility. Any ideas and words of wisdom to help cheer me up?
