he might be able to see 13.9 i ran 14.3 with the intercooled version and pulley and tune im 4 wheel and thats on 305 65 17's so maybe, you would know matt how much the port and long tubes would help.

good luck i was thinking coil paks but im not messing with them inless one craps out.I got 25rwhp and 30rwtq from the headers as for the COP's I had one go bad on me I sent them all back and got 8 new ones so Micro Tech does stand behind them but in your case I would stick with the sotck ones. Its gonna be hard to get a crew cab into the 13's. It took me a while to get mine there but good luck keep ups up to date
