I had mine ported by http://www.stiegemeier.com/home.html Got the stage 3 port. and after you port you must get new tunes.... I'm sure Huitt24 will chime in

That's exactly who I was going to have do mine? Good results?

I just installed my charger this weekend, the supplied tune is for grandmas haha

The word from Troyer is there the best I think I got like 20hp or so I dont recall the #'s but its worth it.

I had mine done by steig also and it ran like a raped ape after the install but unfortunetly I lost an injector and had a little detonation so I ended up rebuilding my motor.....

It will give you about 20hp to the wheels and with you being non intercooled will help lower the intake charge. It ran me $400 plus shiping and if you call them up they can possibly get it back to you in a week. I shipped mine overnight on monday and they ported it immediatly on tuesday and sent it back 2 day so it wasnt to expensive for return shipping but man it killed me to over night it but at least I got it back by friday.

Should I get this done. My truck is roush supercharged & intercooled with a troyer tune.

Well if you want more power and lower AIT's then yes, Oh yea you also need to get a retune after the port.

Its on my to do list. Whats the difference between the stages? Some guys have Stage 4 ports don't think? Anybody get their throttle body done too?

You would have to talk to your tuner, Mike told me the stage 3 was the best for the Roush.
