Is this true tarajerame?

I've done endless searches trying to find a charger that will work, and have never heard this one.

I was leaning more towards getting a universal STS turbo.

the new body style trucks with the 4.6 engine have the same engine as the '97-'03 trucks... (with the exception of a few fuel lines on a certain year, however with larger injectors no FMU is needed and avoids this issue all together) Allen Engineering bolted a eaton M90 kit onto an '05-'06? 4.6 truck and the fuel line for the FMU was the only thing that they needed to modify

the centrufigal superchargers will bolt onto the 2 valve engines the innercooler might need a special bracket to mount up to the new frame and the boost tubes will need to to custom made.

So larger injectors (fuel pump is a 255lph stock), a custom tune, and a couple pieces of scrap iron and 2 tubes and the '97-'03 superchargers will will work on the '04 and up 4.6 2 valve engines

if this is true, how come no one has been the guinea pig? if someone would do this and make a how-to i would definently consider this. i really want a supercharger over a turbo if i do decide to get blown. dont like the idea of tubing everywhere if i offroad

Allen Engineering has installed a '97-'03 system on one of thier test trucks and it bolted right in. By running fuel mods and a tune you can avoid the fuel line issue caused by the FMU.

I will be doing this install by next summer, my 2001 F-150 is procharged and I will be remiving the procharger from that truck and installing it on my new bodystyle 4.6 along with 39# injectors, 90mm MAF, MAD's intake and crank pulley should push the 4.6 to around 15psi and still be streetable

The innercooler tubing looks like it will interchange but I will be running a dodge cummins air to air innercooler so I will not be using the ATI innercooler.

my green truck will be getting a modified mustang procharger F1A system so no worries for those that have been following the build on that truck

you can call your dealer and buy a ford racing superchager for the 4.6 mustang, but you also have to buy a mustang throttle body to go with it. it would cost about 6k with install, i have been saving up to do this to my truck but i dont have the money to throw down right now. the 4.6L in the trucks is the same as the mustangs, except yours is a 2v and the mustang is a 3 or 4 valve, these heads can be bought at ford racing as well and will bolt right on.
hope this helps.

there's more to the head swap then just bolting the heads on...

there's wiring and computer and drive by wire stuff that your 2 valve 4.6 truck is not equiped with...

hence why using a direct bolt on is more practical for most people

I sell performance parts through keystone catalog and ford offers a performance upgrade for the 4.6 wich is meant for the mustang but is compatible with the f150(Few mods I imagine but kit seems to handle it) and with this the S/C will fit with few mods!!!I aint an expert but I've been lookin around for a while and this is the only thing i've seen with my eyes that could be easyly done with a lil $$$$$!!!!
