ok so i have a 99 f150 with the 4.6 in it sad i kno but ive got a friend who works at a performance shop and hes trying to tell me that there is a possibility to get the roush charger that works on 04-08 5.4 to work on my truck. is that anywhere near possible i said no but he keeps saying yes if they are right please let me know.

 

No. Your 4.6 is a 2v motor. The 04+ 5.4L is a 3v

no not without a 5.4 3v swap its kinda scary your frined works at a performance shop, (hope he just sweeps floors) i think there things out there for it though Pro charger?
