12# of innercooled boost via a centrufigal supercharger with a good tune and a well maintained engine in theory YES and many people are doing just that.

I haven't seen a turbo hold much past 9psi due to the HP/TQ threshold

Mike Dunn can vouch for many eatons swaps that have run 12# without issues.



However a larger fuel pump (255lph or more), 39# or 42# injectors with a SVT 90mm MAF and good tune are an absolute must
