exactly.. but i messed up in my original post because i forgot to put "didnt".... what i meant to say was, would an intercooler do anygood even if you didnt have a supercharger?? even though the air would be outside temp. with just a CAI, the intercooler could cool it down more and therefore make it more dense which means more combustion.... right???... which means more power.. right??? correct me if im wrong but i think it would help out even though i dont have a supercharger but i might just be fooling myself...

No,
but they do make a water/meth kit for a naturally aspirated motor.

That would help some.
Or a small shot of nitrous.

You really WANT an intercooler (heat exchanger) on any type of forced induction. Driving around like normal, I dont see any less than 5 vac. Nobody ever knows I have a supercharger unless I nail it, though my supercharger belt does make a like of whistling noise.

what kind of bypass valve you running?

my procharged truck when driving sees about 5 in of vac and it flutters due to the racing bypass valve... my stock ATI bypass sucked.

arance watch this video look at the boost/vac guage that's the difference in boost or vacuum.

before the s/c, i was averaging 15.6 highway. now i am between 13.5-14.25 mpg highway depending on terrain and such. the damn 28 gallon tank doesn't help much, but the truck is fun to drive.
