new bypass valve

so my stock ATI bypass valve was a piece of crap

so I got a new one

since it's a bit smaller than the stock ATI I had to make a couple modifications, here it is rigged up and ready to be installed

the truck runs a lot better on the bottom end and it dumps boost when I completely drop the throttle but at part throttle my PCV pipe chokes it down too much so I have to drill out the inside of the plastic pipe so I stop getting boost surge.

That's a nice piece of hardware. The original ATI looks like an antique compared to the new one.

now that I have the bugs worked out of it, I actually see boost before 2500rpms

now for the 12# pulley, fuel mods, mads intake and a dyno tune

Sound's good. Does mad still have the intake though? I don't think so, at least not the 180* back piece, but don't take my word for it, things change.
You can piece it together . Try superchargersonlinedawtcm under their Vortech accessories.

Here is an interesting piece. Looks like it could work if the dia. is right.

That is a nice piece. I would still use two 90* for more options.
Here's another good source.http://intakehoses.com/
