Is it the same tool used to change the fuel filter?
If so, any auto parts store should have it for about $10

Yeah, any auto parts store should carry it. Quite inexpensive.

Fitting

For the life of me I couldnt use that stupid fuel line disconnect tool for the return line. I ended up using one of those plastic fuel line disconnects to do it. Also spray some "mopar combustion chamber conditioner" on the spring holding the line on, one of our mechanics put me onto it and it is slippery stuff. It helped with allo my silicone hose, or anything that needs to be lubed/loosened.

I have two of the cheapos that never fit until I gave them the die grinder massage. Now they work fine.

They some of the better ones. I have some old Bluepoint (SnapOn) ones and also the cheapo metal ones. I've managed to get them off before without a tool...it was interesting.
