Shifting

I have a 2003 with a 4.6 and an M90 Eaton supercharger with other mods including a shiftkit from Transgo. I have an aggressive max octance tune from Troyer and I'm looking to get a little more tire scratch from 1 to 2 gear. How much does transmission pressure and WOT mph play into this? I know this might sound like somewhat of a silly question, but I'm trying to get my truck exactly like I want it. Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,

Bixbystx

you can crank it all the way up, I never had a problem, but it will be harder on the tranny

What gear are you running?

Mine are 3.55's, thinking of putting in 4.10's. Currently with worn-out tires, mine will scratch pretty good. On a good smooth road, it might broad side....(depends on if I hint a gravel or not ). With good tires, all I'll get is a bark out of 2nd.

I'm running 4:10's in my truck now. I use to run 3:55's. I just have the WOT up to about 6 mph now, should I also increase the shift pressure up on my XCAL2? I can go up to 25%.

Thanks,

take the springs out of the valve body, that'll help it scratch 'em
