I'm going to hop on a few F150 and roush forums and pass the word.

Good questions. I probably need to replace mine soon.

On the Roush website, it says these filters can be cleaned... I'm trying to figure out if I can use my K&N cleaning kit on the Roush filter. I may have to just do it and see how it goes. Worse case, I spend $60 at Roush or order a CAI.

It would be nice to know the flow rate of the Roush filter to match up the CAI.

its a pain in the butt to get S&B to make the filters they want the air intake assembly of the roush kit and I'm not about to send that in, if anyone out by them would like to then we could get the ball rolling again.

I washed mine with the K&N cleaning kit, although I did not oil it afterwards.

It took 2 days to dry out but seems ok...
