Most likely a scam.
I have reported 3 different ProCharger scams to ebay. T20 of them were from a guy that took pics out of a a magizine and posted them on Ebay as his procharger kit.
He had ZERO feedback.. bidding started at $50 with no reserve, he gave a phone # that worked, but nobody answered. Products was said to be located in Florida, but phone number was from Connecticut.
Big scam and he tried it twice. Be careful about Ebay purchases like that... If it's too good to be true.....
