Tarajerame is right, I do wish I had more low end grunt. Nothing against the centris but they do seem to be better suited for racing. It doesn't have neck snapping power off the line but it pulls like a freight train once the revs are up and keeps on pulling all the way. I love the sound also. Anyway, I do think the L-swap is the best way to go in most cases and the most affordable. Good luck.

You can't beat the L swap for cost and convenience, but you may want to have a look at the Whipple or Kenn Belle twin screw superchargers. They are the most efficient positive displacement blowers.

Heads Up Doner lightning Nov 3, 2008

The lady I work with lent her lightning to a young man and he totaled it. He slid it sideways into a utility pole. Drive train still good. The truck is in San Antonio. I'll have pictures up soon. Starting price is $5500. Obviously no reasonable offer will be refused.
