lock up question/ powerworks?

I just noticed this tonight , the converter takes a while to lock up and and then any small amount of throttle unlocks it.. Is this something with the supercharger or the tuning from POwerworks??

No,,it's probably just the crappy torque converter.
My stock converter would not lock up right even on the dyno when we put a program in my pcm to lock it.
Had to go to the PI triple disc lock up converter.

I doubt it`s the converter. I~ll definately have to get custom tune.. the converter doesn`t lock up much and likes to unlock with the slightest acceleration, no wonder my gas mileage sucks

Too bad the powerworks supplied SCT tuner is pretty useless since everyone around here only deals with Predator software. So if I want a dyno tune I`ll have to buy a predator.. what a waste

If you`re going to order one up save some money and I`ll sell you the handheld programmer for cheaper.. I need a Diablo for the shop that I use.

I got it off Ebay for a little under $5K
I`ll get some numbers as soon as I get it on the dyno.
It`s a nice kit, priced right...wish it came with a Diablo
