I have installed the K&N intake, Edge reprogrammer, BBK1703 75mm throttle body, POWERAID Throttle Body Spacer, Flowmaster Exhaust and Flexalite Dual 15-inch Electric Puller Fan, 5500 CFM. With all installed, my stock horsepower was 260. Now with everything installed, the computer estimated increase is an additional 131.2 hp equalling 391.2 hp. My 2001 Ford F-150 King Ranch runs awsome now even with 108000 miles on it. It's like a brand new truck. Everything ran about $1800 and I installed everything.
