Look down this forum about 6 or 7 threads and you'll find a thread by the same name. But for what its worth, ProCharger is in the works on building a 04-06 4.6L Kit. Still listed as "coming soon" in their application guide.

False

I just called Procharger, and they do not make a system for the 04-06 4.6L F-150. The reason why the New 4.6L F150 will not accept the superchargers from they 03 F150 is because the new f150 does not have a Fuel Return Line. They said that they currently have not tested any systems on the New 4.6L F150, and right now they are getting ready for a few big auto shows. They said they probably wont have a system out until early to mid 2007. It breaks my heart to hear this. I sure wanted a supercharger system.

You may want to contact Scott at Allen Engineering. He has a 06 4.6L F150 that he had one of his Generation 1 Eaton M-90 kits on making 9 lbs boost. It required modification of the fuel rails. He removed it so he could make a kit using his second generation intake that would fit better and not require the fuel rail modification.
I know this because he sold me the first kit he had on his truck. I have had the kit for about 5 weeks now (waiting for tune from MT) so he may have finished his 06 kit or your call may motivate him to do so.
The kit is a roots style with integrated intercooler. The quality of his generation 1 kit is exceptional as was packing and completeness.

There is a Roush intercooled charger on here. Just a few threads down. For an 06 too.
