PCV hose collapsing with Procharger!!!!!
PCV hose collapsing with Procharger!!!!!
First off, I put the Campbell/Hausfield separator setup on the passenger side when I installed the charger. I noticed that majority of the oil was coming from the driver's side. So I put the Ford Motorsports check valve on that side. NO more oil but it seems that I have a loss of kick when at boost. I'm worried that I might have too much crankcase pressure. Today, while Idling, I noticed that on the separator side, the hose goin to the intake was collapsed until I reved it up. I know it isn't right
I know that the charger doesn't like the HOT weather which I know is a contributing factor. I just don't want to start blowing seals out.
Has any other Procharger guys, with a similar setup having the same results? Anyone for that matter!!!!!
Thanks.......Corey

Try blowing thru the C/H filter, I bet Its clogged....
I used a similar setup, and when temps got hot,it baked the oil on to the filter element itself.Soak the filter element in mineral spirits til its unclogged.

I actually did as Jordan not Mike and cut the filter off. Just read in another post where it talked about a crank vent tube. Is that something new Procharger is putting in the kits? Maybe for the later models
