I dont see why it would not work.
I have the 5.4 lightning set up and I have a LFP oil seperator on one side and I just got the PVC kit for the other side but its not on the truck yet.
It should work for ya.

I am running a powerdyne with 10# of boost on my 01 4.6 I ahd thae same problem under heavy boost. the problem seems to be the origanal PCV valve. It is designed in a manner that alows the boost to blow back through the pcv and presurize thae crankase. You can prove this point by simpaly removing the valve and blow through it. I installed an older style pcv the Ford motorcraft number is EV98B or EV98C these are avalable and can be cross referanced to other brands. You can test to see if it works properly before yoy buy it buy simpally blowing into the hose end, it should seal and let no air escape. Another way of doing this is to get a brake booster check valve and install it in the pcv hose, I feel that a new Pcv is the better way to go. The application I believe was one of the turbocharged Mustangs, but this was a very common valve and fit a lot of old fords, I just happened to have one lying around. This is a simple fix and well worth the effort. the left valve cover (drivers side) I installed a piece of hose about 2 ft long and run it to the inner fender area and installed a small push on breater this allows fresh air into the engine and a place for the pressure to escape.
