Lightning SC on 2000 Harley F150?
Lightning SC on 2000 Harley F150?
Has anyone done this mod? I just bought the entire SC with wire harness and injectors complete. All I need is the heat exchanger, reservoir, pump and associated hoses. I found a Bosch pump on Ebay. Are they any good or should I stick with Ford Racing ( stock ) pump? Any suggs will be appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks

Power pulley? Not sure what you are asking but there are two "main" pulleys for the supercharger (besides the idlers (2) and the tensioner). One is on the blower and the other is connected to the crank. The crank pulley can be replaced with a larger pulley to create more boost. The upper pulley can be swapped out for a smaller pulley (though more difficult that changing the lower and reduces the amount of belt rap) which will also make more boost = power. Does this answer your question?
OR maybe you mean Magnum powers idler/tensioner setup? Yes they can but they aren't needed unless you plan on running big boost numbers.

This is the item I am questioning. I don't have the top pulley set up or mounting brackets since my truck is a N/A HD F150 ( first year). Will this help me complete the belt pathway?
I have the crank pulley.
Thanks again,
Mike

Yes but that is a stock bracket with an extra idler bracket (not needed for normal boost <16psi or so) and you'll want to find out what size that lower is. research researc
