What If A Cold Air Intake System Delivers Air At 1.5 Psi In A Supercharged Engine ???
Think of it this way.....say for example the E-ram puts out 800 CFM and 1.5psi and that's all it flows right? Your supercharger, creating lets say 5000 CFM and 8psi, would need that much air flowing through your intake, right? Well the little E-ram would be blowing its *** off trying to keep up to the volume of air being sucked in, and you would end up with a vacuum on the other side of the E-ram where it would not be able to flow enough through it's vanes to keep up. Hope that explains it better.....
