Hi,
at 8 PSI I was seeing 38 HP more with my ported heads and cams.I am loosing 2 PSI with the cams.Pulleyed for 17 and I'm seeing 15 PSI on the gauge.

I think 40rwhp might be doable. Yes only the tune unless your max out pumps, injectors or MAF. Not sure what you upgraded. This will also lower your boost level so you can make more power on the same pulley ratio at lower boost or bump the boost back up.. but that's more stress on the motor.

More hp at less boost will be a lot more healthy for the engine right ???
