Just wondering what gauges you s-chargers are using. Boost, A/F, Fuel Pressure, etc.

I got to fill a hole and trying to decide which gauge to fill it with.

I have AutoMeter Ultra-lite gauges.

Mechanical boost, electrical fuel pressure, and electric trans. temp. I use a LM-1 to datalog A/F ratio when needed. Plan on using the LM-1 to calibrate a A/F ratio meter for custom defined outputs.

HI!... I'm a old school muscle car guys so fuel/oil pressure gauges always go on the hood or cowl. Yes I made up the aluminum panel to block off the heater vent for the A/F gauge. It still has to be painted to match the dash. This SAT I'm picking up another dash top and will be doing a custom 3 way gauge pod like in the pic below.

I just have a boost gauge right now, but I am going to add a tranny temp and get a wideband and keep it online too.

nice work neal....you're lucky you live in canada man. i laughed b/c if i mounted any gauges to the outside of my truck they would be gone in a heartbeat. ppl in LA will jack anything that isn't "bolted down" imo that is the most logical/visible place to put 'em. kind of gives away the sleeper look though

i've been lookin' for a decent gauge pod online and all i can find is the A-pillar (2 or 3) and the single steering column pod. i really like the dual pod on your dash, that would be perfect for my setup! did you fab that too or was that an aftermarket purchase? i need one of those babies...

Boost and trans temp on A pillar, XD-1 a/f on column......
I plan to put an IAT on the dash under the shifter.

I like Neal's XD-1 mount, but it would interfere with life support when it hits 115 degrees here in Las Vegas.

HI!... zombiemachine : The pics of the dual gauges on top of the dash are not mine. Someone in the LIGHTNING section here custom built it for his truck. It's a ONE OFF. I have a buddy that's really good with custom interior pieces so I got another dash top and he's going to graft 3 gauge pods into it. It will look just like the one I posted but have 3 instead of two.

wow....yeah he did a pretty good job on that '1 off', looks totally seamless. i have quite a bit of painting and sculpting experience so i can respect skills like that hey if you are going full on custom why stop at 3, i think you should go for dual triple pods, that would be sweet!

Boost, fuel pressure, temp, and a narrowband A/F gauge. By the way, if you hook it up to the rear 02 sensor, you get an average signal, and not the annoying flip flop you get from the front sensor. It really gives you an idea of where you are. No it is not nearly as good as a wideband, but it is better than nothing.
