Well, his spelling and grammar are about a 4th grade level. His ad claims '15 hp gain'. He has 11 prior ebay transactions (under this name) with only 10 positive.

That thang looks like the room air blowers we put on our room heaters at work. I'll bet it really "BLOWS" 
or it could SUCK. Probably Sucks. Why not do something really cool and mount a leaf blower to your TB. Crank it up and give it gas when you need a "Little" boost.
