Turbo Screw updates
Well guys it has been quite a while since posting on here. Been very busy. Anyway the new motor is built and ready to drop into the truck. I have posted pics on the site for my truck. Just go to http://www.turbof150.com/SMR_Pics.htm
HI!... Looks good!
I hope your not going to run those heads in your gallery with only the 4 plug threads? Also, any leak issues with those BBK valve covers. Around here everyone hates those things. All the MUSTANG guys and a few F-150 guys have had nothing but problems with them. Hey, no knife edged crank? LOL! Just joking.......
Yes those are the heads I am running. No plug issues from me (knock on wood). The valve covers work fine with no leaks. However you do need to install them with the motor out. The crank is prepped, just hard to see in that pic. RazorsEdge is who built the motor for me.
The screw is up and running finnally. runs real well and has a new exhaust note to boot. Guess that is from the enlarged valves. Anyway got to run a few miles on it to break it in. Did the intial heat up and cool down oil change. Ran it for 500 miles on the dyno up and down, changed the oil. Now have it on the street for another 2000 before the next oil change and then it is hammer time
SWEET!!!
I wish I had the money to do stuff like that to my S-Crew...
Hey, where'd you pick up all that carbon fiber under the hood? That's good for a couple horses on my beast, ain't it?!!

Working on the fuel system this weekend. At 10 pounds of boost I am already maxing out the 42# injectors and twin 255 pumps. I will have to use slicks, with the 20's it just spins whenever boost comes on.
well guys, Made my final breakin oil change. Running it at 16 pounds of boost and the new fuel system is keeping up. Made a few tweeks to the fuel setup and it is doing just fine now. Gonna put it on the dyno friday and have at it
Put it on the Dyno today for some test runs. No tuning. That comes this next week. Anyway here it is
10 degrees of timing
13 psi
497.78 hp/592 tq back tires
pump gas
12.5 on my air/fuel
This is basically the same tune that put 508/613 with my stock motor, with less timing and the motor being 8:1
