leaky Procharger

Anybody out there having problems with their Procharger leaking oil from the bottom. I replaced the 0-ring on the drain plug and made sure all the screws were tight after reclocking the head unit. I just can't stop the leak. I might have to send it back to the factory for repairs, but if anybody has any thoughts I'd appreciate it. Thx.

Sorry to hear that, but mine is leaking also. I am having it worked on soon, and will post what it took to have it fixed.

I just wonder how many people have a Procharger that doesn't leak from somewhere? Mine has oil all over it from the time it was first installed and run for a bit.

Surely Crash should have some input on this? Where has he been lately anyway?

Procharger woes.

I appreciate all the replys and I am very disappointed to hear that all of you are having the same problem, I was hoping I was the only one. If there's anyone that has fixed this oil leak problem I'd love to hear from you. As far as Crash, The last I heard he and his kid are having some medical problems, I hope their doing o.k. Though I do wish someone else with Trixters Racing would answer the e-mails. Anyway, looks like I'll have to send it back to the factory for repairs

43,000 miles on my P1SC, the last 20,000 miles have been pushing 14psi, no leaks just some oil getting sucked/blown through the intake but the case is all tight. Sorry to hear about the leaking cases, I completely remove the head unit for each oil change and clean and check it so I am confident that it isn't leaking. I hope Procharger will work well with you in correcting the issues, has anyone contacted them about this problem and if so what was their response?
