Looks legit but i have to raise a flag!!!! Most if not all of the big 3 crush their concepts after their life is up. Due to insurance, lawsuits, and privacy but boy

You are exactly right about the big tree crushing the concepts; some do stick around for other research. My brother-in-law has had the yellow Ford F350 "Tonka" concept truck to play with; not sure if they still have it. They were working with the hydraulic launch assist on another research project for Ford at their university. It wish I could get my hands on that baby; that was the same truck that was driven by Tody Keith in the Ford commerical last year.

I'm might be mistaken, is this a concept from one of the big 3 or a project truck outsourced for SEMA??

The difference is weather or not a concept vehicle starts with a registerable VIN number. Recently GM has been selling some of their concept vehicles at Barrett-Jackson. Some have a non-registerable VIN and it states right there they are not tag-able. Some can be registered, just depends on what they started with.
This looks like they took a stock production truck and then modified it. Just as tag able as your truck after you modify it as long as it passes emissions.
Of course anyone who would spend 150,000 for it probably won’t care, there are ways to do anything if you have enough money…
