well got the replacement pump last night!
no noise, no sputtering, and i'm seeing 30psi at idle and while i didn't go WOT i did see will over 46psi when i got on it once or twice. Lets roll!!

Great! Send the old one back, I'm interested to find out what went south on this pump.
I have sold over 100 of these Bosch pumps and yours is the first to give trouble. I want to check it out.
