Unhappy Help?!

Earlier today when I was offroading, something happened to my truck. I dont know exaclty what, but I've narrowed it down to a few possibilities.

Everything was fine off-roading but when we left to go home I noticed something was wrong. My truck was sputtering going from 1,000-2,000 rpm's on its own regardless to the throttle. I was getting no boost whatsoever. Also, my vacuum was around 8psi and fuel pressure was 40psi at idle then when the throttle was applied, would go 40-20 then 20-40 with the rpm's actions.

I pulled over and checked under the hood. I noticed I had a leak in one of my vacuum lines, I figured this was the problem since the FMU runs off the vacuum line and creates the fuel pressure, etc. I crawled home and fixed the fitting on the line. My vacuum then went to almost 30psi. And the fuel pressure and sputtering was still there. I also noticed a ticking noise from the engine near the front left injector/spark plug area.

My guess is that i blew a plug or something is up with the injector. I really need to figure this out, I'm stuck without a car for the time being. If anyone knows what may have happened let me know. Tomorrow I am going to pull the plug and see if it needs to be replaced.

PS.Sorry for the long post. And, the truck is a 2003 5.4 with a Procharger P-1SC

I just started to try and figure out the problem and I ran into something else. I started my truck, pulled it into the garage and I let it sit there running so i could check for vacuum leaks. I found none, and then my truck started sputtering and it shut off. Now it wont even start. It turns over but it seems like there's not enough fuel.

Im starting to think fuel pump?
I had it switched to the Bosch 255lph by my mechanic.

I had a similar problem with mine when I first installed the SC. The intake had slipped off of the back of the SC head. Put it back on and really cranked down the clamp. Initially this elbow is a tight fit. After the tubing warms up the fit is not so difficult.
