There is a new turbo concept by STS. It utilizes a remote mount turbocharger downstream of the catalytic convert. The turbo replaces the muffler and provides massive hp gains. NO INTERCOOLER NECESSARY!!!! Currently designing a 96 F150 5.0L application. Enjoy!!
