Source for custom pulleys
I just wanted to get this guys name out there. I ordered a no slip pulley from him and a couple of idler pulleys with bosses and he did a great job. He custom made the bosses for me. He also has some other stuff available for the 4.6/5.4 engines, most notably a high performance 4.6 intake. He can produce pulleys for just about any supercharger and his design cuts way down on slip. He is also a source for 8 rib pulleys if you need them.
I will be posting impressions on my Powerdyne set up soon and will put pictures up of his pulleys. All I can say is that they are beautiful. I have seen his web site posted here somewhere but figured I would put it up again.

ONELOWF,
I bring this to the top for you. The pulley I got from Reichard's and is a 10 rib. Tell him the one he made for the Cobra Mustang (and sold to the guy in Manchester Maryland), he will know what you are talking about. You will also need a double race for it to ride in because it uses a double bearing. He can make that for you too and you simply cut it to length to fit on the tensioner.
The nice thing about this pulley is it will allow the belt to ride wherever it needs to on the pulley and is upgradable if you ever want to go to an 8 rib set-up like I have.
Have fun and send any future e-mail to my new e-mail address. I corrected it here on line.

ONELOWF,
He definately does a fine job. I will probly go with one of his 8 rib no slip pulleys if I decide to push the boost a little more.
That reminds me I have a 6 rib no slip 2.9 inch pulley sitting around.
I bet some Mustang guy on ebay would just love to get his hands on it for about half price

I called Reichard and it was funny .... a three way conversation with two people on the phone. The guy I was talking to on the phone was talking to another guy who remembered the truck guy up in Manchester, but he couldn't quite remember which pulley it was .... through my interpreter I got it hammered out. They are out of stock, but are in production and available in a day or two.
Be sure to order the double mounting bung (? whatever you call it) for later use and a single for now. It has double bearings so while using it with the stock tensioner you will need a single bung to use with the bung that is a part of the tensioner. The single bung will be inserted from the outside with the bolt through it and threaded into the tensioner.
While you are waiting for the pulley, find a grade 8 bolt with the same size and thread as the one now being used by the powerdyne tensioner. It will have to be longer by the width of one bearing race to use with the double tensioner.
Sounds like a lot but not really. Reichards has everything you need.
I will try to put up pictures tonight to show you exactly what I am talking about.

If not I will tell you here your set-up is very clean looking. You should post pictures in this forum for others who may benefit.

Thanx for the compliment, and yes, I received your reply. There is confusion with the email here, and I hope to get it straightened out.
I plan to post a small gallery next week when closer to completion with some worm's eye views as well as top view shots.

I'd like to see a mini cog setup for the ProCharged trucks like RPM Outlet sells for the Lightning and Cobra. Would only involve replacing the grooved pullies. Nice if it could be done and for a reasonable price. RR pullies are rather expensive.
