A question for Crash

You responded in my Powerdyne post about a generic ROTARY tensioner available. How can I get one and who is the manufacturer?
Is this something you have available retail?

If I understand correctly, the one pictured on PROJECT TENDERIZER is spring loaded but with a mechanical adjustment to set the spring preload. If this is true, that is what I want.

Any tensioner will have to be fabricated to work. It appears I can use the one pictured for my needs. Is it complete with the adjustment hardware? I will need that as well.
