Install Fees

I talked to the people at my Ford Service Department today about blower installs. They had a technician come talk to me. He said that to get it done at the dealership runs $90 per hour, but he has installed several at his home, and does so as a side business.

My question is what is a reasonable price for the install of a supercharger?

Is a person that works for ford as a mechanic a good person to trust with the install if they have done several?

Are cherry Jolly Ranchers the best flavor ever?

Please let me know.

$1450 Fully installed on a twin screw.

This is a quote from a very respectable local shop that the SVT guys in the area have do ALL their work. They said no one else touches their cars/trucks.
This price includes the blower, fuel pump, injectors, plugs, MAF, and shift kit.

I have no idea if this is fair/reasonable.

Any thoughts??
