5.4l Supercharger Vac Line

dyno run

just did a dyno on the 5.4l
230rwhp on a mustang dyno
but do not have enough fuel pressure
a/f ratio 14.7 at wot
have 255lph pump in tank
any sugestions ???

Is that a Bosch 255 pump? It should be good for about 400 RWHP.

FUEL PUMP

HERE is the part # Mad 61805 or 0 580 254 005
can you tell me if in fact they gave me the right one ???

Yes, that is the correct part number.

Read this post I just put up on "Got Pressure" this morning.

Check your voltage as close to the pump as possible. Do not just connect to the pump hot lead and the frame nearby, check between the two pump leads. That way you will be verifying the pump ground.

If the voltage is upwards of 13 with the truck running, replace the fuel filter, then look for restriction on the supply line.

Looks like your making progress. Did you have a new chip bunred, if so who did it?? Also, didn;t supercharger assembly come with vacuum lines (according to picture)? What did you make up? I've go all the parts, just trying to lock in tuner.

Had a local speed shop burn a chip for me for initial start up
then put it on dyno for fins tuning
will have to go back when i resolve fuel pressure issues
as for the vac lines i elimnated any thing i didn't need
and had to reroute a few things to match up to my truck
tryed to use all hard vac lines to keep the factory look
