Question supercharger help

Im looking for a way to add a supercharger or turbo charger to my 02 F150 without voiding warranty. 4.6L. If anyone has any info about how to go about doing this please help. This is my first time in the realm of superchargers.

I think Vortech has a kit for your truck. Voiding a warrente usually is area/ device specific. Like if U installed the SC & your alt. goes bad , the man. can't claim it's your fault cause of the SC.

If something on the drive train broke with the SC installed then U go to the man. of the SC. & see what they say.

If u install the SC & the motor or trans. starts running funny or bad don't expect any help from the fac. They will blame the SC.

thanks

hey thanks for the info. i guess i'll have to check with some dealerships once i get back to the states and find out what they have. if they cant do anything for me then i guess voiding that part of the warranty is just going to be a consequence i have to deal with. thanks again

A supercharger shouldn't void your warrenty. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to prove that a failed factory part was broken due to the supercharger. It may be best, however, to let your dealership know what you are planning to do to see what their reaction is. If they don't like it then find another dealer.

Hey thanks for the tip. So MAgnacharger/ allen is the only one that Ford dealerships will accept, if they install it. Thanks for the help
