Question Which supercharger is best for my application?

I was wondering what supercharger would best fit my application? It's a '02 supercab 2wd with the 5.4 and it only has 8000 miles on it. Currently, I live down 17 miles of a rough dirt road. It takes about an hour to get anywhere, so i would need one that is really reliable and can handle the dirt road and the long trips. But, if i do get the supercharger then i will try and limit the amount of driving i do up and down the dirt road. I am hoping on moving off of the dirt road this fall/winter. I don't do any pulling, so i dont need one that produces a lot of boost in the low end. I would like to get close to 400hp . I was thinking about a Procharger. Any info is appreciated.

I also have a couple questions about superchargers in general. Will installing one increase the chance of having a sparkplug blow out? Is there anything else i will need to change out with the addition of the supercharger? And, how will the stock tranny hold up? Thanks.
