Belltech +1!!!

First off see this thread for what TOTM winners have had to dealt with recently with AutoAnything.

https://www.f150online.com/forums/tr...g-discond.html

While researching the 04-08 Belltech drop kits for FTG on AA's website I found some errors. I cross referenced them with the Belltech website. AA has 4x2 kits on their site that are actually for a 4x4 F150.

I also found an error on the Belltech site and I sent them this:

Your site shows lowering kits that will work on 2004 F150 heritage trucks (2004 Lightning included) as well as 04-08 F150 trucks. This information is incorrect as the 2004 F150 heritage trucks have the same suspension as the 97-03 F150 trucks, with the 04-08 F150 trucks having a completely different suspension. Ford changed their suspension with the 04-08 F150 remodel.

Moral of the story: Your website needs some updating as to not confuse the public when they gather information on your products.

They sent me this in return:

William thank you for your feedback. I will have my team take a look at this and get it fixed on the site. Im am pleased you are sending us this info and to show our gratitude I will be sending you out a care package.

Thank you again for the feedback..

So I am getting a perk for helping them out.

I just sent this to AA:

Some of your Belltech lowering kits listed as 4x2 for the 2004-2008 F150 on your website are actually for the 4x4 F150 of the same years. I found out this by cross referencing the kit numbers on Belltech's website.

Please change this on your website in order to prevent customer problems and save you guys money.

See what AA does here.

I used to work for AA in in the department responsible for that data. If I were still there, that error wouldn't have been present

They were a good company though and are great on customer service.

So far not a peep from AA.

Belltech said they will make the change right away.

Free belltech swag for mentioning their catalog/online store was incorrect regarding 04-08 F150 drop kits.
