23" wheel question---picture update

I found a set of 23x10 wheels with a 30mm offset but not even the manufacture can tell me the backsapcing. So this all a guess really. I want to put them on my 08 f150 screw 4wd when I do my 3/4 drop. I've looked all over and found a lot of info on the saleen wheels and their offsets. I've found some who have a 2/4 with the 30mm in front and say its ok, but I've seen where some say its not. I can only assume the specs would be the same since there's only a few 23s out there. I'm guessing they will be ok since the 4wd is about an inch higher stock, only a guess. Worst case I could do a 1" strut spacer to come back up or swap out the coils again.
Anybode feel like guessing too????

I plan to run 305 40 23s if I do it. They seem to be the best price. Might just buy 2" springs to be on the safe side.

well if you would like i have some tires that i am willing to let go cheap as long as some one pays for shipping......but on that tire size with the 44mm offset you can go as low as 2.5 inches in the front with out rubbing and rub with a full three inch....it being that you got some 30 mm offset all the way around i would leave it at 2 inches and i also have some 2 in lowering springs but mine are McGaughys lowering springs ill sell for like 80 bucks plus shipping

I can make you a deal on the springs and tires the tires are some general grabber 305/40/23's and i have all four tires and they are in real good shape only about 5000 miles on them if that.....there is some wear on one of the tires from rubbing on the fender but they are not that bad....i need smaller tires cause i have a 3/5 drop on my truck

Worm I had the full Saleen suspension 2",4" on my 07 and it was fine granted I had the 44mm offset up front like Saleen had installed but I know several guys who had 2,4 and did great with 30 all the way around but 3,4 drop I'm not sure ask Jetpilot what he's running he's got saleens on his and a 3,4 drop see what he's running up front he would know better than anyone. Ask around for some steering stops. They came with my Saleen suspension kit just a piece of Teflon installed that doesn't allow you to steer so far that you would rub. Did you land a set of Saleens.

I sent him a message and he thinks ill be good. As far as steering stops I will just adjust my driving. No they aren't saleens, they're an aftermarket wheel. My cousin is a machinist and could mill the back side if I wanted but id be worried about giving the chrome a place to start peeling.

They're on! What a pain this has been. I had to order lug nuts cause I was hoping the set I had would work. They're too long though and I can't get the centers caps on.
They look awesome however are heavy as hell, there's a big difference in how it drives. Ill be ordering drilled and slotted rotors and I have some ebc pads to put on. A tuner is also higher on the list. Still waiting on springs to get it lowered, hopefully next week.
