Pinion shims

Can anyone tell me what degree shim I would need for:
08 STX regular cab Flairside with 3" lowering spring and 2"
drop shackles. Thanks

2 to 4 degrees should be plenty.

Try being patient. Some of us work.

Thanks c ulater,don't mean to be. This has been very frustrating,have tried Bell Tech Tech line and no help they were just rude . Also tried some suppliers too & got nothing.Again thanks you are a big help.

I think the 2 degree Ground Force shims should be enough.

With the regular bed you shouldn't need a shim. I have 8" of drop w/o shims and there is no vibration.

If you change the stock positioning of the pumpkin 2" more than you do the front, you need shims, especially with a one piece driveshaft. That is why Ground Force includes shims with their 2" shackles. You need to maintain the angle or you will put stress on the rear end.

Thanks Guys .I have been trying to get info for about 2 weeks. What I am doing :
2 1/2" front 5" rear
Bell tech : Drop struts @ 2 1/2" (hoping for the best on aligment)
Drop leafs 3" with (2" shackles 2 degree shims G.F.)
Drop Street shocks
BlueJay I appreciate your explanition. Never to old to learn.
Will post pics,if I can figure out how to.

T S S ,Thanks ,I installed today. Went with 2 degrees. This is all your products. All Bell Tech that I got from you about 2 weeks ago. Struts were a piece of cake to install. Only had to drop tierod ends to do the install.The leafs-shackles-shocks were a bit labor intensive, only because of the weight. I went 2 1/2" front 5" rear and love it.Would like to send you pictures.

Thanks to all for helping this Oleman.
