22's or 24's?

I'm wanting to buy some kmc slides to take my blackout project to the next step but I can't decide whether to get 22's or 24's I want 24's but I don't want to mess the ride up... I have a 2011 fx2 that will be all black when I'm done maybe with a 2/4 drop let me hear some opinions please! :lurk:

22's for the ride. 24's for looks. What do you want more?

I like the look of the 24"s on these trucks look perfect imo. If I was to get a lowered 150 it would have either 24"s or 26"s. Big rims always look good so long as they classy and not on a chevy cavalier.

You can have a good ride with 24s still just dont run like a 275/30 tire. I dont even mind the ride of them but I come from an import background

I think 24's would look great with a 2/4 drop.

I like that!

I guess that is one way to make the mirror reflectors not look out of place on the 09+ haha

I have 24's on mine with a Bell Tech 3/5 drop and couldn't be any happier.

That truck is pretty awesome.

The truck with the 3/5 and 26's looks killer but it's not functional. I had 26's with 30 series . I'm lowered 1.25" in the front using Belltech struts and 3" in the rear. Ride was terrible and even with the inner fender plastic heated and stretched it would rub if turned very far, such as the drive through at mcdonalds. Which by the way is emberassing. There is a big difference between looking good and driving good. I switched back to 24's problem solved. Bottom line my truck is 2wd and rubbed with 1.25" drop in the front. 2 or 3" front drop with 26's = useless truck. .
