body drop

body drop

Im curious to know if anyone has done a body drop and if so what does it take to do? and post pics if you have any thank you!

I'm pretty sure its nothing more then a major pain in the **** to do. Alot of cutting etc. Unless you plan on going all out with your truck. I personally dont think its worth the time or money

Both Traditional and the Stock Floor are quite a bit of work each in there own way

Pretty much. Unless your building a show truck that lays frame, and you want it to sit on the rockers too. Otherwise i personally wouldnt do it

Pain in the *** man it's alot of work.. Unless you know what your doing to the fullest I wouldn't even try it!

Is your truck bagged?

I think body drops are absolutely worth it. The stock f150 frame does not lay out very well nor very low. Yes a body drop is a lot of work but I'm sure my truck will end up with one eventually.

I think if you truck is already bagged and you wanna go lower than a body drop is worth it if you can do it yourself, if you cant do it yourself though I would think that it would cost a lot to get it done. Ive done a few S-10's with my friends and we bagged and body dropped them it was a fair amount of work so it didn't look like a hack job but at the end it was worth it to lay rockers, It just looks awesome.

if it was me which im goin to do i would mod the frame under the cab to be flush with the cab then z the front frame so u can lay on body.
