2/2"? That will look redonk. Get some JLP shackles instead. They go to 3" and you can try and search for Lightning leafs like I did and youll be at 2/4.

Did you get a pinion shim kit? How hard was that to install?

shims are a slice of cake, unbolt u-bolts and when the leafs are able to be seperated from the axle, just put them inbetween and put the ubolts back on.

Im pretty happy with it right now. It handles soooo much better. Honestly I would go lower IF I didnt have to deal with buying spindles and installing hangers. The only friend of mine that could help me with it is always busy...so for now im chillin with the 2/4

Honestly, being on a forum is where its at. You get the most amazing deals. Check it out. I got the Belltech drop coils USED on ebay for $80 shipped. They retail for $220. I got the JLP shackles for $100 shipped from a member on lightningrodder.com who bought them from a group buy. I believe the group by was $150. And Lightning leaf springs...FREE! A guy in Vegas on lightningrodder.com had them off his 2003 Lightning with about 15,000 miles. MY dad was up there buying an escalade so he picked em up for free. SO drop components.... $180.

Alignment was the only expensive thing. But its all good.
