with bolt on pieces I know about you could do as low as

7" in front, and 11" in the rear

Im 5/7 on Fiddy, and its the lowest i can go without doing major modifications to the front wheel well area and engine bay, and im running a small 28" tire setup

I was thinking more about this the other day, and if price is not a question, I would do a 3/5 drop and do a 2 or 3" body drop as well. 3/5 will ride much better then it will with 5/7 even if you set it up correctly.

My recommendation on parts is just keep an eye out on the classifieds and try and buy used stuff, its usually cheaper
