Not if he did it right. The days of torching springs to drop a car are gone. A lowered suspension has (almost) as much travel as stock.

I will say it rode better with 3/5 drop then 5/7 drop but i havent really finished off the front end the way i want to yet either.... But its not at all bouncy, i just want to get a little more travel out of the front and ill be happy

Trust me man i know alot about suspension. And what you said is incorrect 100%. Travel is defiantly limited by the frame, bump stops, and shocks. Yes you can put a notch in cut the bump stop off, and put shorter shocks on. But then you run into driveline vibrations, the frame smaking the ground because your suspension is so soft it cant take a bump. Once you static drop so far it isnt worth not being adjustable because you cant get over a speed bump at walmart, or even worse your gas tank hit something in the road AKA a tire and start to leak.

qftmft! the main reason i wont drop my truck. ridin super low static may look cool, but thats where it ends. plus seein my truck that low would jus **** me off cuz it wasnt on air

yeah for sure man when i static dropped my nissan hardbody i only did a 3" block in the back and spindles and some torsion up from. then switch shocks and it rode good but wasnt so low i couldnt get over a pebble. But that drop wasnt enough so i have to be on the slams lol

All I can say is out of the 3 or 4 DOZEN cars/trucks we've dropped...haven't had any problems...maybe you guys aren't doin it right is the conclusion I come to.
Yes, they ride a "little" firmer...but that's the idea. NASCAR, F1, INDY and so on sit low because it is a PERFORMACE setup (and looks cool).
I'd like to see a truck with a 3/5/9 inch lift go around a corner at speed...doesn't happen.
This forum is "STREET SCENE" ... not "SKY JACKER" lol

Let me offer you exhibit A

This is my daily driver i know what im talking about man. Im not on here trying to down lowered vehicles so your comments about 3/5/9" lifts where the **** did that come from??????? I was saying that when you lower a truck the suspension doesnt ride all that well dude. So before you go off on someone make sure they dont know what there talking about.
