Just needed to spew a little.. my new HD wheels showed up yesterday, ran to the dealer and grabbed my lug nuts (more like getting kicked in the nuts $$) then of to discount tire I went.. In the parking lot opening the boxes to inspect before handing them over, one was wrecked. Dented and mashed up real bad. Have to send back and continue the waiting game.

Sorry, nothing useful at all in this post.. just needed to vent.. someday I'll have a pic to contribute to the section that has me spending more than my wife needs to know about!!

 

Know how you feel. At least they are making it right though. Just Breath!!!

 

That's a bummer. I hate when stuff like that happens. Just be glad that you will evenually get them. I had a truck on order before I bought the one I have no and they messed up on the order and I waited 12 weeks before they told me they didn't even start making it yet and they couldn't make the 08's any longer. They asked me if I wanted a 09 and I was like nope sorry i like the 08 styles better. So I had to hunt for a used truck but i found my 07 and love every bit of it. Just so you know things will always work out even though it might not be what you planned on prior to the upcoming incidents in time.

 

Thanks guys. I know its not worth getting crazy about just needed to tell someone who would empathize, my wife doesn't even think I need new wheels on a two week old truck. She's obviously crazy.

Anyway they just called to say they are overnighting me a replacement and to send back the old when I can. Pretty good service right there.

 

I feel your pain. My wife didn't think my 3 week old truck needed new shoes either. what's up with these women?
