So what is your total drop going to be. I have a 3,9. If you go lower than the standard 3,6 you need to notch the frame. It rode like crap until I got the frame notched. Also I got the toxic shocks for the rear. The shocks and the notch made it ride smooth better than stock

I am going to start with 5/8 drop and see how I like it. If it is too much it will be 4/7.

Jlstoy what did you use for a notch? I think I am going to get some 6" sch. 40 pipe and make my own.

What are you guys doing for the tie rod ends and the camber holes with more then a 3" drop up front? i wanna drop mine more but don't want to start eating up tires like crazy. Which reminds me all of a sudden now i have a low hum/vibration at low speeds and can feel it in the steering wheel.Dont think its my tires but maybe a rear end howl?

The crossmember gets notched and the tie rods get 1/2" cut off each one.

I got a guy I work with to do mine. He did it for 200 parts and labor. You can see the pics in my album. Im not sure exactly what he used. I just know it was thick steel

It's not really that hard to slot the cross member holes and cut the tie rod ends.

Any alignment shop should be able to cut the tie rods if you can't do it. As far as the crossmember, its just buying a bit and going for the gold!!

A uni-bit and a rotary file can do wonders.
