Want to lower my 1998 Flare Side

I want to lower the truck with a 3 Front/5 Rear" kit. Looking for what tire and wheel options I should be shopping for.

Thanks,

If it were me I would go with a 20" wheel on a 45 series tire. Something along the lines of a 275 or 285/45/20 would fill out those wheel wells nicely. Which brand drop were you looking at?

depending on your offset you might have some rubbing with a 45 series tires. I had 275-40-20 +12mm offset on my 3/5 dropped silver 2003 screw and had no rubbing issues.

I did rub with both 255-70-16 and 255-65-16 at full steering lock

here are some pics

this was the 255-70-16

and the 255-65-16

They wouldn't fit on an '09 either.

3/5 on a 98. I think I'd try 22's, but 20's will be fine on that drop.
