Measurement Request

Top of the day to everyone. Would anyone that owns a 4x2 with a 2 inch front coil drop be so kind to provide your current front height measurements from the ground up to where the fender or fender flare starts? If you could do both RH and LH that would be great

Measurements may vary depending on wheel/tire combinations. I'd give a measurement on mine, but my truck's at the dealer getting a new short block. Darn 2005 5.4 injectors.

My apologies, I should have been more specific....I'm running the stock 20 inch wheel/Pirelli Tire combo. You had a hydrolock? Man, sorry to hear about that! At least you will get a fresh shortblock hopefully under warranty. I'm seriously considering the preventative approach on my 05 and replace all 8 injectors with the new spec. Keep us posted on how it goes.

Yeah, My tires are 31.6" tall and I'm on a 2/4 drop. Can't measure right now though.

Yeah, I'm covered under the extended injector warranty, they only replace the failed one (#7 in my case, stuck open) and any casualties, which on mine was a bent rod and scored piston wall, which nets me a new short block free of charge. I'm having the other injectors replaced while the heads are on a table. Dealer is only charging me the for cost of the parts, not the labor to install.

All 2005 5.4's are covered under this extended injector warranty for 11 years or 120,000 miles.
