Those are the right shackles. I sold my 3" Eibach leafs with the Eibach shackles and they were identical to what you have. The GF shackles (and some other brands) are the ones that have 2 sets of holes.

Man, looks like you're all set!

I have those same Eibach shackles you have. The Ground Force shackles have 2 holes. Don't worry, you're good for a 2/4 drop. I strongly recommend the Pro-Dampers when you can get them and a good alignment after install. Stealth, we should be proud. - Og

I'm going to try out my stock shocks first, but i plan on getting a pro-damer kit later. The shop is going to do a wheel alignment for $79.

It's up on the rack right now.

Run into a problem. We have to drop the gas tank and the muffler to get the bolts form the leaf springs out.

Had the same problem. Dropped exhaust and tank. Reverse the bolt in case you need to remove it later. Looking good! - Og

cut that thing and replace it, that's what I did, my kit came with an extra bolt so you could cut it and had a bolt to replace it with
