Look around your area for 4wd shops and Race shops. Both should have experience.

Please post pics of your truck.

Where exactly in Louisiana do you live? I'm on the northeast side of Louisiana and don't know of anyone around here that can do that kind of work.

Im here in texas, talked to a few people and Mitch from ektensive recommended Moser here in houston. Price usually runs 1200-1300 from them if you send it in. 500 of that is just for the axle cut and respline but its all good quality Moser work.
Anyone that you have do it locally will probably be able to shorten the housing and will have to ship off the axles as not many shops can do it with the heat treating and machining that has to be done to some. I would suggest finding a reputable offroad shop to narrow it and send the axles in yourself to be cut and splined. It may save you a few hundred dollars to just order custom axles instead of having yours worked on.

We are currently looking at doin the same for my friends colorado and may be baggin an avalanch on 26's shortly which will more than likely require to shorten the rear.
